Puralife® Clean Skins™ use silver ion technology well known its powerful antimicrobial effect. Essentially bacteria come into contact with the Puralife® Clean Skins™ surface and then die.
Have Puralife® Clean Skins™ been tested?
Biomaster® the world’s leading silver ion additive is embedded into Puralife® Clean Skins™. Biomaster® has been successfully tested against over 50 common organisms such as MRSA, E.coli, Salmonella, Listeria, and Feline Coronavirus. SARS-CoV-2 and Feline Coronavirus are members of the same Coronaviridae family of viruses.
Puralife® Clean Skins™ technology is independently tested to ISO 22196:2011. This technology also has on-going quality control tests and environmental trials. It is based on silver ion technology, recognised for centuries with no harmful effects. Biomaster® is used in medical, food and water applications.
Are Puralife® Clean Skins™ a substitute for regular cleaning?
Puralife® Clean Skins™ should be considered as a second line of defence, targeting surfaces that could harbour harmful microbes / bacteria in between cleans. Puralife® Clean Skins™ will get dirty like any other surface and should be cleaned regularly like any other surface with a microfibre cloth, soap and water as part of your normal hygiene routine.
How long do Puralife® Clean Skins™ last?
Puralife® Clean Skins™ are protected with antimicrobial technology to inhibit the growth of bacteria on the surface. We recommend replacing the product every 90 days or when there is visible wear.
How long can Puralife® Clean Skins™ be left unopened?
Puralife® Clean Skins™ when stored in normal ambient conditions out of direct sunlight, kept clean and dry in unopened packaging will last many years.
How do you remove Puralife® Clean Skins™?
Simply remove and dispose of as you would with any other sticky tape. However, please ensure that the surface you are applying the products on will not be damaged by removal of the adhesive on the Puralife® Clean Skins™. As such, please test Puralife® Clean Skins™ for absolute suitability with the substrates and environments upon which it is intended to be used.
